Nestled along Antique Row in charming downtown Victoria, Covet embraces the creativity and craftsmanship of an old world tailor shop reflecting a time when dressing showcased art, luxury and individuality. Even today, the enchantment of wearing custom garments, designed and tailored to your unique shape and style, enable an expression of creativity and personal identity like nothing else. 

 

As the new owner and in-house designer of Covet, I am thrilled to share my passion for design and beautifully tailored garments. Fashion and creativity have greatly influenced my life and led me to fashion design school where I honed my craft as a young fashion designer. Having traveled much of the world, I feel privileged to return to Victoria and proud to call it my home once again. Victoria is unsurpassed in its support for local and independent business and is recognized worldwide for its tremendous natural beauty. The brilliance of the West Coast has fostered my respect for the environment and inspired my interest in natural and, especially, sustainable fabrics. Covet's reputation was founded on a commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail and we remain dedicated to working closely with our customers and to nurturing our relationships. I am joined at Covet by a gifted seamstress with thirty years experience in the tailoring industry and co-owner and Business Manager, Geoffrey Dawson.
